the staff offered an upgrade upon my early arrival, WOW. the room was lovely and clean, REALLY worth the money. a late check-out was granted freely, I felt valued.
The air conditioning system could not be controlled. The room was too warm!

the location was convenient. it was only a short walk to many attractions. the room was clean. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
the bar had a limited menu. the hotel seemed like it needed some updates. i noticed some wear and tear in the room.

the location was acceptable as a base for exploring the area.
The room temperature was a serious issue. It was freezing. the cleaning was not good either. i reported it, but nothing happened, no replacement, no fixing, no compensation. i'm really disappointed.

the superior room had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast offered many choices. the staff was very helpful, especially with directions.
the gym was not as spacious as it appears in the pictures.
